HIRING CHARGES (with effect from 1st April 2022) Minimum booking is 1 Hr

Hourly Charges 

• See rates below for all rooms

INCLUDED in the Charges:

• use of the rooms concerned
• heating, water, and electricity
• Use of the Main Hall Kitchen for drinks only
• tables and up to 60 chairs
• Wi-Fi
• Lower Hall users may use the main hall kitchen only when it is not in use; however, there are drink-making facilities available in the Lower Hall area.

Additional Charges

Refundable key deposit                                    £5

Projector and Screen, stage lighting, sound system/hearing loop            £5 per item

Use of Kitchen, Crockery, Dishwasher, etc.   £20

N.B. A £25 refundable deposit will be required for these items

Hall users themselves can operate these without any instruction or supervision, provided they follow the written instructions precisely and carefully, and lock the equipment up afterwards.

An invoice will be sent prior to the event and confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Commercial users must pay the invoice at least 4 weeks in advance of booking for the booking to be confirmed, and produce proof of public liability insurance.
